01 — Who We Are
Edge security and managed multi-cloud infrastructure.
A Singapore-based technology infrastructure provider working across Asia-Pacific and international markets.
iceMax SG Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based systems integrator and managed infrastructure provider specialising in edge network security and multi-cloud deployment.
We eliminate technical friction between edge security layers and origin server environments. By leveraging Cloudflare’s global network as our primary defence architecture alongside targeted AWS and Google Cloud deployments, we enable enterprise clients to maintain uptime, lower latency, and control IT operating costs.
Our engagements are structured around measurable operational outcomes: what reaches the origin, how quickly it is served, and what the supporting infrastructure costs to run.
What we are, and what we are not
We are the infrastructure function for organisations that either do not have one or need theirs extended. That means the perimeter in front of the application, the compute the application runs on, the network between the clouds it spans, and the workspace platform the organisation operates in — designed, deployed and then operated by the same engineers on a continuing basis.
We are not a software vendor and not a reseller with a preferred platform. Cloudflare, AWS, Google Cloud and Lark are each used where they are the right choice for the workload in front of us, and the value we add is in the path between them: the routing, the access policy, the cost governance and the integration work that no single vendor covers.
Where we work
The company is headquartered at Ann Siang Road in Singapore and operates across Asia-Pacific, with international clients served remotely. Engineering is conducted in English and Mandarin, which matters for organisations operating between the two.
How we are organised
The team works across three engineering disciplines: edge security, multi-cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. Three operating principles — edge neutralisation, architectural efficiency, and regional and global compliance — govern how every environment is designed and run. The service lines themselves are described under What We Do.
