Enterprise Workflow Systems
Enterprise workflow systems.
Corporate messaging, documents and approval chains, migrated and integrated with the tools already in use.
As a Lark Global Partner, we deploy unified digital workspaces to support secure, distributed corporate operations — Lark deployment, migration and workflow integration delivered from Singapore.
The work is a migration and integration engagement, not a change programme. Existing messaging, document management and task workflows are moved into the workspace platform with permissions preserved, and the approval chains that run day to day are connected to the enterprise tools that already hold the underlying data.
One workspace instead of six tools
Most organisations reach a point where daily work is spread across a chat tool, a video tool, a document store, a calendar, an approval system and a spreadsheet that has quietly become a database. Each has its own login, its own permission model and its own notion of who is in which team. The cost is not the licences; it is the time spent moving information between them and the decisions made on the version that was out of date.
Lark consolidates messaging, meetings, documents, calendar, approvals and Lark Base into one platform with one directory. A message can become a task, a task can carry a document, and an approval can be raised, routed and recorded without leaving the conversation it started in. For organisations working across Asia-Pacific — and particularly between English- and Chinese-speaking teams — the built-in translation and the single tenant spanning regions remove a class of friction that other platforms treat as an add-on.
How the migration is run
The engagement begins with an audit of what exists: which channels and groups are active, where documents live and who owns them, which approval routes are formal and which run on email threads, and which enterprise systems each of those touches.
From that map, the migration is sequenced by team. Identity is connected first — SSO against the existing identity provider, so there is no new password to manage. Channels and groups are recreated with membership intact. Documents move in batches with their permissions mapped, the source left read-only until each batch is verified. Approval workflows are rebuilt in Lark Approval with the same steps and the same approvers, and only then are they connected to the systems behind them.
Cutover is per team, not per organisation, so at no point is anyone without a working tool. Administrators are trained as the migration progresses and take ownership at handover with the governance model documented.
Integration is where the value is
A workspace on its own is a better chat tool. A workspace connected to the ERP, the CRM and the HR system is an operating layer. We build integrations on Lark’s Open Platform so that an expense claim approved in Lark posts to the finance system, a purchase request checks budget availability before it reaches the approver, a new hire in the HR system appears in the right groups with the right documents on day one, and a customer record in the CRM can be opened from the conversation about that customer.
These integrations are deployed on infrastructure we manage — behind a Cloudflare perimeter, on AWS or Google Cloud — with Zero Trust access wherever an internal system is exposed to the workspace. The workflow layer and the infrastructure beneath it are engineered by the same team.
Workspace Migration
Migration of corporate messaging, document management, and task workflows into secure workspace platforms.
Workflow Integration
Integrating core collaboration software with custom enterprise tools to automate daily approval chains.
- 01
Workspace audit
Current messaging, document stores and approval routes are mapped, including the systems they already touch.
- 02
Migration plan
Content, permissions and workflow ownership are sequenced so operations continue during the move.
- 03
Integration
Collaboration software is connected to the enterprise tools that generate and consume the approvals.
- 04
Handover
Administrators are briefed on permissions, workflow ownership and ongoing changes.
