How the work is done

The engineer who designs an environment operates it. There is no handover from a delivery team to a support team; the person who wrote the WAF rule, sized the node pool or built the approval integration is the person who answers when it needs to change. Every environment is expressed as infrastructure as code and changed through review. Cost and capacity are reviewed as part of the job, not as a separate function.

Work spans Cloudflare, AWS, Google Cloud and Lark, and most engagements touch more than one. Engineers are expected to be deep in one discipline and conversant in the others, because the value of the practice is in the path between them.

What we look for

Evidence of precise execution matters more than a list of certifications: an environment you built and can explain the trade-offs of, an incident you handled and what changed afterwards, a cost review that produced a number. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage for work with clients operating between the two.
